HOW DO YOU KNOW WHEN TO BUY OR SELL

1) Start by meeting and discussing your situation with a professional Real Estate Agent. Agents have the information you need to help get you started. IT DOES NOT COST ANYTHING TO TALK.
         (Not everybody’s situation is the same)
2) If your agent considers you to be in a position to buy a home, you need to prepare to meet with a lender. I will provide you with the universal loan application, that will provide you with the information needed to apply for and get approved for a loan.

3) Once we have you approved it is time to get out there and find your home. Abundant inventory and excellent prices in the current market.

SELLERS

1) Is it a good time to sell my home. This is a question many home owners are dealing with. Economic conditions are forcing tuff decisions on all of us.
